Methods and Customer Services

© Tiger International Arts and/or the Individual image makers.

Tiger International Arts will work tirelessly to insure that our graphic creations meet and surpass the needs and expectations of our customers. We begin the process by considering the different needs and expectations of each individual project and match it with potential designers. We will then submit a bid for your proposal and provide you with some sample work, so that you the client can determine if our services are right for you. After a bid is accepted and/or a contract is awarded to our firm, the genuine creation process will begin. The customer's requests will be the basis from which our artists initiate the creative process. Due to our relatively large staff of design talents, rough drafts and different designs will be offered from multiple artists. This insures that our clients will have the ability to choose from a variety of different styles and interpretations. Once the general style has been decided, the customer can maintain control of the creation process with unlimited revisions to the design, as well as maintain a highly reliable and timely line of communication with our firm. Or if the customer chooses to take a less hands on approach, once the first drafts are approved and the stylistic direction chosen, our professional artists can move through the creative process insuring that the design will meet the clients demands. Either way, it is your creation, do as you please and we'll make sure that you're satisfied.
